Something I’ve discovered in my taste as a designer is that I love geometric shapes and strong guiding lines, and I wanted my personal logo mark to reflect this. I used the “DP” design in the middle to pull the eye inward, and the corner pieces are meant to both box in the viewers eyeline and to provide a clean edge for placment.
